At Gentleman's Chair, we are committed to providing excellent grooming services and ensuring you leave feeling your best. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, our refund policy is as follows:

Appointment Cancellations:

Service Satisfaction:

If you are dissatisfied with the haircut or grooming service received, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will offer a free correction or, in some cases, a partial refund depending on the situation.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten the service time or reschedule your appointment. No refund will be issued for any missed or reduced service time due to late arrivals.

No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service charge will be applied, and no refund will be issued.
